I’m Vedant, currently working on Growth Engineering at Reducto.

Previously, I co-founded Opennote, an AI notebook for your best thinking,www.opennote.comWe raised $4.2M from Y Combinator, Acrew Capital, Long Journey Ventures, Paul Graham, and other leading investors.which was acquired by Reducto in 2026. I was also an investment associate at Front Row Ventures, analyst at Guelph Student Investment Council, and worked across product, eng, and data at Bloks, Noze, FrontFundr, and Moonarch.

I was previously studying Software Engineering at the University of Guelph. I grew up in Canada and currently live in San Francisco.

Most of my work sits between product, engineering, and go-to-market. I ship fast, run a lot of experiments, and spend most of my time figuring out how to bring people in, help them get value quickly, and keep them coming back.

Outside of work, I love playing soccer. I played provincially before college, but I’m always down to hop into a Sunday league game or just shoot around. When I’m not on the field, I’m usually volunteering, playing the guitar, reading, hiking, exploring new restaurants, or investing in cool companies.
